Whether you ride road, gravel, mountain or triathlon, start by telling us about your bike and goals. We will confirm the fitting options appropriate to your request before booking.
- What bike do you ride, and what is its current size?
- What kind of rides, terrain or events are you preparing for?
- What would you like to improve about your current position?
- Do you have an existing fit report or measurements to discuss?
For mountain bikes, tell us about your terrain and riding style as well as your pedaling position. Frame sizing, cockpit setup and dropper-post use are related questions, and a road-bike measurement should not automatically be treated as a mountain-bike target.

- Confirm the details. Ask us to confirm the fit option, pricing, expected duration and availability.
- Plan what to bring. Confirm whether to bring your bike, riding shoes, usual riding kit and any existing fit report.
Appointments are arranged with the shop. Sending a text or contact form is a request; your appointment is confirmed when the team agrees the details with you.

Bike-fitting questions
Is bike sizing the same as a bike fit?
Sizing helps shortlist frames. A fit considers your position on the complete bike. Saddle position, cockpit and component choices can affect the result, so selecting a frame size does not finish the fitting process.
How much does a bike fit cost, and how long does it take?
Contact the shop for the current fit options, price and appointment duration for your bike and goals. Confirm these details before booking.
Can I bring measurements from another fit?
Tell us you have a fit report when you contact the shop. Include how and when the measurements were taken, and which bike, shoes, pedals and crank length they relate to.
